With more than 20 years of international experience across the energy and industrial sectors, Caroline Amblard helps executive teams translate complex ESG, decarbonisation, health, safety and environmental challenges into clear priorities, practical governance and measurable business outcomes. She specialises in ESG strategy, HSE leadership, sustainability transformation, regulatory readiness, circular economy and organisational change.
Caroline is the Founder and CEO of Moov'era, where she works as a fractional ESG and HSE executive or strategic advisor, supporting organisations through periods of transformation, regulatory pressure and strategic change. She helps organisations move from fragmented compliance activities to integrated sustainability strategies that create long-term value.
Prior to founding Moov'era, Caroline spent over 20 years with Shell, where she held senior international leadership roles across Europe, Brazil and global operations. Her responsibilities included leading environmental strategy, net-zero implementation, biodiversity, responsible sourcing, major capital projects and HSE performance in high-risk operating environments. She also served as Senior Manager of the Hydrogen Pathfinder programme at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), bringing together global energy and industrial companies to accelerate low-carbon hydrogen deployment and develop practical policy recommendations for the energy transition.
Her experience spans executive leadership, ESG strategy, operational excellence, risk management, governance and sustainability implementation, helping organisations turn regulatory complexity into practical action and lasting business value.
