David is a seasoned Non-Executive Director and strategy advisor with a mission to unlock organisational and human potential through purpose-led leadership, innovation, and positive impact.
As a freelance Strategy and Impact Consultant, David advises professional service firms, B2B companies, foundations, and philanthropists in the UK and US. His recent work includes scaling
an “earn and learn” savings programme for young people in care, designing responsible growth strategies, and advising professional firms on client development, BD and marketing.
His current Board NED roles include Tees Law, a fast-growing regional law firm, where he chairs the ESG Committee, and The Biodiversity Consultancy, helping global companies and investors to become Nature Positive. In both roles he advises on strategy, performance, growth, and risk, with a focus on ESG, the SDGs and positive impact. He also sits on the Boards of leading business schools and NFPs.
