At GEN Digital Inc., he spearheaded a legal entity rationalisation project that achieved over USD 5 million in annual cost savings and led integration planning across multiple acquisitions to realise operational synergies.

He has also overseen governance processes for intellectual property structures and international distribution frameworks, improving compliance and cash flow efficiency.Today, Keith advises clients on strategy planning, corporate governance, and project management, as well as serving as a fractional finance leader for organisations needing senior expertise on a flexible basis.
