Keith brings over 20 years of global experience in strategy design, governance, and operational effectiveness, with a strong background in software, cybersecurity, and financial leadership. As founder of Kamolyn Limited, he advises clients on delivering measurable outcomes across commercial strategy, cross-functional operations, and finance transformation.

He previously served as Director at EY, where he implemented and managed governance processes for an Intellectual Property holding structure while on secondment to a major client. Prior to that, he led global initiatives at GEN Digital Inc., including a legal entity rationalisation project that delivered over $5M in annual savings and post-merger finance integrations that improved operational efficiency.

Keith also provides fractional finance leadership, strategic coaching, and team-based support, helping organisations lead with clarity and improve decision-making in complex environments. Based in Ireland, he combines board-level insight from the non-profit sector with real-world results across tech, finance, and high-growth teams.
