About
Joel Aymon
With over a decade of financial services experience, Joel Aymon advises on climate finance, sustainable investment and operational strategy. As Co-founder and Managing Director of Seawolf Sustainability Consulting, he supports organisations, policymakers and financial professionals with independent advice, training and research on sustainability and climate-related challenges.
Joel brings a strong blend of financial expertise and operational leadership. Before joining Seawolf in 2024, he held senior roles across Zurich and London, leading international financial controlling, reporting and group accounting teams. In his final corporate role, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Financial and Management Reporting department at Credit Suisse in London, supporting an organisation of around 450 employees.
Joel also led global supply chain and procurement at African Clean Energy, a certified B-Corp, where he combined finance and operations to support scalable clean energy solutions in emerging markets.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Lausanne, including an exchange year at Lund University in Sweden. He also completed a Certificate in Sustainable Finance at the University of Cambridge.
Joel is a native French speaker and works fluently in English, German and Spanish.
