Leo is Managing Director of SILAS (Strategic Impact Leadership Advisory Services), where he advises clients on climate strategy, sustainable forest management, and social impact. Some of his notable clients include FSC, ASI, WSAS, Carbon Direct, Arbonics, and ICS.
With over 17 years of experience supporting organizations in aligning operations with sustainability goals, he draws on a strong foundation of multidisciplinary postgraduate qualifications spanning environmental science, business administration, and education. His work bridges technical insight with practical strategy to support responsible, systems-based transformation in both public and private sectors.
