Kelly Christodoulou is a seasoned ESG and sustainability expert with more than 15 years of experience in responsible investment. Since 2008, she has played a pioneering role in embedding ESG practices into investment processes at a leading Australian pension fund.
As a former ESG Investment Manager for a leading Australian superannuation fund, Kelly was instrumental in integrating climate and human rights considerations into investment and engagement strategies. She has served on key global investor working groups and provided input into regulatory consultations across APAC and beyond.
She now advises boards, asset owners, and executives on how to meet growing demands from regulators, stakeholders, and civil society - while protecting long-term value. Kelly brings sharp analytical skills, a strong investor mindset, and a pragmatic approach to sustainability, shaped by real-world experience managing complex portfolios and ESG risks.
Kelly holds a Master in Finance, a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact, a Bachelor of Commerce, and the FT Non-Executive Director Diploma. She is also an accomplished speaker and advocate for climate action, having delivered a TEDx Talk titled “The Final 2000 - Rewriting Earth’s Story,” highlighting the urgent need for nature-based climate solutions.
