Kazuhiko is a global finance and investment expert, with expertise in corporate governance (CG) and sustainability (ESG investing), becoming a published author and key opinion-leader on ESG and sustainable investment.
Most recently working at Sodali & Co and previously at S&P Global Market Intelligence, Kazuhiko has provided insight and guidance on CG and sustainability to clients. His previous roles include promotion of stewardship activities as proxy voting at Daiwa Asset Management, working on CG and sustainability issues from the perspective of institutional investors. Earlier responsibilities in a long career include international primary markets, quants, corporate access and compliance at Daiwa Securities.
Kazuhiko now serves as a Senior Partner of Zenvest Partners, a special situations advisory firm with a focus on guiding clients through highly complex market scenarios involving shareholders.
