He is an innovation management leader, evidenced by his work co-developing water risk tools with international reach and advising both public and private sector clients on cutting-edge decarbonisation, resilience, and circular economy solutions. His experience includes leading multi-stakeholder initiatives to overcome resistance and secure buy-in for major ESG transitions.

    Now working independently, Oliver supports organizations by applying change management principles to embed sustainability. He focuses on creating measurable and lasting impact through robust data, materiality-driven strategies, and industry-aligned frameworks.
