He has held executive leadership roles in 6 consulting organizations, led an internet start-up, and spent over 9 years as Chief Information Officer for 3 organizations including: College of American Pathologists and TriCore Reference Laboratories. Matt also served as VP of Innovation while at the College of American Pathologists.
Matt regularly assists non-profit boards by advising and delivering strategic plans on topics such as: Board Engagement, Fund Raising, and Technology Strategy. He serves on a rotating portfolio of 3 start-up boards primarily in the healthcare and technology space. Matt bridges business strategy with technology acumen to serve as a trusted advisor to executives regarding technology risk management (including Cyber and AI) and value creation.
